This group will collect research relating to diversity in tech, inclusive cultures and their impact on the bottom line and work environment. The results will go on the OWFA web site as a centralized resource.
Research papers will be linked to, and classified in two primary categories: academic, peer-reviewed research (the primary target for this project), and informal research. The latter category is more likely to have its full findings published online in full, publicly available, but is of course subject to sampling bias and being “anecdata” more often than not. They still provide useful insights, but the two categories should be clearly marked.← Back to the Hackathon home
